Laminating vacuum table for steering wheel heating

This machine was developed by the request of one of our customers, which laminates and punches at the same time, thereby achieving a significant reduction in cycle time. Our machines are already operating in Ukraine, Macedonia, Mexico, and Vietnam. The machines are made with PLC control and, of course, are equipped with a diagnostic connector that meets the requirements of the age, through which parameterization can be performed on the PC interface.

During designing and manufacturing, we have considered the latest European standards and design guidelines, keeping in mind the safety and technical requirements, furthermore we strive to minimize energy use and consider the ease of use that our designs reflect.

During designing, we put great emphasis on simplifying maintenance operations and reducing maintenance time, which is of paramount importance in the automotive industry.
